We Need Mortgage Quotes

Our adjustable rate for our current home will soon to end early next year.  So hubby and I are starting to shop online for mortgage quotes that can replace our current rate before the adjustable rate kicks in. I know that this the best time to refinance or shop for a new mortgage loan because of the interest rate that is really low. But because of the number of bankruptcy and defaults on loan they will be very strict in requirement before approving loans. I will update you once we found a perfect one for us.
