I have tons of photo of the kids and I wish we have LCD TV on the living room to showcase all their photos. My kids are growing and I know I cannot stop it. lol All I can do is to preserve the memories thru taking picture. So I take all the moments everyday to capture in my camera as much as possible.

Below is taken while they are having fun on the backyard with the sprinkle on. One Saturday night where it’s reall, really hot!

Who wouldn’t like a healthy quick weight loss? I will be the first one to say YES! Of course losing it quickly is as important as keeping it off. It will be useless if you will loose weight quickly then gain all it back quicker than when you lose it.

The kids just have their bath and we will be leaving 1.5 hours from now to the graduation party at the park. Another fun day for the kids!

I think the cream I am using for my face will not work for my mom. She has different needs than me. One of her concerns is wrinkle removal and prevention. I found few products that look like best for her, based on the feedback and advertisements; however, the tag price is pretty much steep for just a small jar of cream.

So, I will try to go to the department store and get sample first before we buy one. From there, we will know what will work and what brand can give good value for our money. If you’re curious what product is the best: click here for wrinkle cream reviews.

This month sis the last month that we will have 3 days furlough. This will be both sad and happy month.

Plans for today:

• Bring Gabe to the gym @ 10am
• Study for 2 hours working on Multiple Choice
• Attend graduation party at the park @ 2pm
• Return acne treatment that I have reaction on
• Finish some online task

So another fun filled day is ahead of me!

Lianne, my daughter, is so fascinated with ballerina outfit. It is a good thing that they made the tutu so fashionable now that you can wear everyday even you don’t have a ballerina class. My daughter will always ask me if she can wear it when we go to the gym, on Sunday meeting, at the park, and even as her bed time clothes.lol I got two sets from Macys last week but I will send the other one to her cousin. It’s really cheap $7 for a set of shirt and the skirt. It was on sale and I have discounts since I have the store card. It really pays off to wait and be wise digging the sales rack. lol Who knows that equestrian apparel will be the next thing to be added as casual clothes and not just for costume or performance clothes.

This tutu from Target is also cheap and pretty! I would probably buy this one if I did not find the one from Macys.

My daughter is turning 6 years old two months from now. And this is something I’m not looking forward:

Whether it occurs early, late, or right on time, the growth spurt of puberty makes many youths overly aware of how they look. Girls may greet their new curves with excitement or with apprehension—or with a mixture of both. Add the discovery of acne—and makeup—and it is easy to see why teens may seem to spend more time in front of the mirror than in front of a school textbook.

At her age now, she is very conscious on her looks. So imagine how she will act few more years from now. I just hope that she will not have a problem on her skin or she will have a quest for best acne treatments on her teens life. And also would not be overweight or obese or she will have a hard time finding nice clothes to wear.

I’m not into hip hop clothing but my brother is.. so I’m checking some stuff for him. I need to start shopping like 2-3 weeks before I schedule pick up of the Balikbayan box. The lead time of receiving the goods plays a major role if we need to buy or add more groceries to the box. As much as possible we want the box to be full and we consider empty spaces as wasting money. So there you go.. need to shop things for him.

Another thing,  I found out that LBC Air Cargo for 6lbs is so cheap. They have 7×7 box that you fill up up to 6lbs and send by air for $25. That is cheap compared to postal and other commercial shipping company. SO something to think about if you want to surprise one

Few things we need to change at home now and that includes our toilet sit for the main bathroom. My husband is already decided to pick American Standard toilet because of the quality and I agree with him. I just need to look at new models or something that can make or give room some extra space. Too many things we need to take care in the house.. but our resources is limited and our time also. I just wish a genie is real.. so we can just ask everything that we want to make it happen in an instant.. lol

As of the moment, while I’m working hard in front of the computer with the bedroom door locked, my kids are screaming and chasing each other with their father. The noise that I will not get tired of listening. Sunday night, is mostly a relax night for us..

I finished watching two movies this week, The Time Traveler’s Wife and Did You Hear About the Morgans? Both are very nice movie that truly gave a little me/get away for myself.

I finally received the cost of my speeding ticket and I really feel bad why I got a ticket. The cost is $400 and the cost for going to traffic school is different, that is another $25. It’s huge amount of money that I can use for buying new laptop. ;( I didn’t know that speeding ticket could cost this much. I haven’t made a decision if I plead guilty or request a trial. I’m wondering if my sister’s pleasanton motorcycle accident attorney can give me additional information if I pick the option for a trial.

I’m really not happy every time I think about it..

Buying insurance always start from asking quote from agent or online. Most of our insurance needs came from online quote. But remember that premiums for life insurance quotes are just quotes, they are not final until you sign a contract or have the details of coverage. Sometimes the quote given can change but it does not happened a lot.

Once you get a quote, review the details right away and lock in your price.. that can protect from changing.

We know that the best way to lose weight is easy. I mean saying it easy but hard to apply. Just eat right and increase activity and you will surely loose weight. Sounds easy right.. but why our population still have overweight and obese? Oh well!

I feel frustrated after I ate a lot. I hate myself for not controlling my appetite. I hate, hate bingeing! It’s not fun.

I haven’t blog about owning a Total Gym. That’s one of the nice part in my life now.. hehhehe

My future businessman! heheh isn’t that cute? This is Gabe, my son. He is 16 months old now.

My daughter is not big enough to ask for an xbox game console and I’m happy about it. I always say to wait until she can read everything then we can buy her whatever she wants. I hope she doesn’t remembers that “everything” part lol I have another expenses coming up for her. I just received an approval from my husband to do a makeover to her room. I measured the room and the size is not big enough to incur big expenses so let see what I can do with it. I challenged my husband to put in $1000 once I’m able to do the painting and installing the floor. hhehe Yes, I will do this by my own.. without his help. Sure I can! That’s my spirit! lol

Who doesn’t need a heated blanket in a cold weather? The weather lately is so perfect to put out all those warm blankie. The cold weather and a warn blanket are the perfect combination to get more sleep. I always do! And that’s the main reason why I’m always late at work during winter season. By using blanket, you can save electricity in your heater consumption. So better take advantage the help of it!

We live very close to a hardware or home improvement store but I always have no time to visit and get what my husband’s need, a spring plungers. I hope that this weekend I can go there and look for some wall colors and carpets too. We have certain things that we need to do in our house but we always push things for next day, next month.. until it’s over a year before we take action. I know it’s not a good way for maintaining our house. Sometimes resources and our time are the main reasons for pushing it.

I’m really not decided if I will look for another life insurance quote for my mom. Her insurance is due last 17th of the month and I have not sent in my payment. They actually have a month grace period so I still have 17th of this month to send a check. The hassle of medical exam and completing the application form are things that I do not want to go through again. Plus, my mom has medical ailments that requires regular medication so there’s too many things I need to provide to have them approve her application. Hopefully next week I can write the check.. I just need to fund my bank account first. lol

My brother is asking me to get prices for lamb motor. If you will ask me what is it for.. I have no idea too.  My brother is the one needing it and I’m sure he knows what is this for. I will definitely ask him what this can do.  Anyhow, this is what it looks like:

I need to do all my task before I go to bed tonight. I will go back to work tomorrow and that means that I will be tired when I get home. I’m happy that I was able to check all these things my brother is asking from me.

I want our garage floor to look like this one And hopefully do some drywalls so the space can be use as additional room or living area. The floor is perfect for the gym I am thinking in our garage. The cost of this floor is not bad. I look at the website and I did some computation how much it will cost for our garage and its less than $1k. It’s amazing to make our garage floor this pretty without spending a lot.

Our home in manila is seriously in need of new tile floors. My sister said that it will be easy to clean the after flood mud if we have our floor tiled. There’s too many things I want to do with our house.. but with the calamity that keeps on hitting the area I might postpone it. Other more important things is needing the money and not the renovation of the house.
