My brother in-law was very thankful about the California wine clubs that I introduced to him. He said that the wine club never stopped surprising him with the taste of wine he’s receiving regularly. I’m really glad the he likes it. I will introduce it to my co-workers too as I found out that they also like to explore wine tasting. It seems like they are not done with the quest for the best wine taste

I got two 4GB Apple Nano and one 1GB shuffle to give to my sister and niece on my husband side. I got it free because Steve Jobs and I are friends. *lol* (joke! But I have a previous officemate who was one of Steve Job kid’s peer and said that every holiday they received Apple stuff as a gift… cool huh? He also said that they are very good and really nice family.)

I like Apple stuff but it’s too expensive. The cost outweighs my desire to consider a MacBook. So I will just settle owning an ipod and patronizing iTunes.

When shopping for mortgage loan, getting it directly from mortgage lenders is better than having it from the broker. The mortgage lender can give better offer because they can easily adjust their terms compared to the broker. This is our goal the next time we refinance our loan or when we buy another property, to do directly to the lender. By the way our adjustable rate is will start next year. We really need to apply for refinance of our loan.

My brother in law is asking me to look for used cisco that he can buy. He want to upgrade his phone equipment but his budget is really limited. That’s why the option of buying used equipment is what the solution for it. He can still have the same performance of the equipment except that it cost less than the brand new one. So let me finish my research and I will be back.

I didn’t go to work yesterday and I spent my time in front of the pc, trading and blogging. I closed all my forex trading with 36.67% profit with my investment. hhahaa So what I did right away is close my trading program and withdraw that profit. It’s better than nothing. lol I gained 36.67% in less than 2 months. I’m taking a rest and watching the market as it goes up and down. hehehe My goal is to get $300 a month to add paying my bills.. but getting more that what my goal is way better.

Worth it staying at home

I owned books more than what I can read. lol Once I organized my stuff I will take photos of it and believe me I only flip couple or some pages but never had a chance to read from beginning to end.. Maybe on some that I truly need the information. I often rush to buy books when I want to learn something. But often I don’t have enough time to indulge in reading. How about you do you love books too?

I’m so proud of my hubby We saved thousand in our window blinds because he’s the one who installed it! For the whole house we only spent less than $1,000 for materials and we have a lot of windows to cover. He told me that doing it is really easy. Once you have the right tools and read the instructions you can also dress your windows like professionals.

I love to give baby gifts cause I always received a lot too. When Lianne was born I didn’t buy anything of her clothes for a year because I got a lot. I even sent some to Manila because she wasn’t able to wear it. So now I have to make sure to sign up for a baby registry so I can get the things that I need. Or hope that they will include a gift receipt so I can return if I have the same stuff. (Do I sound that I’m expecting gifts?) lol

How do you like this new theme on my blog? I like this theme because I can change it in any color depending on my mood easily I find it clean and easy to browse as well. It doesn’t clutter my post or my blog with wide sidebars The credits are all given to the designer, thanks! 

I’m the only one who loves to listen to music, okay my hubby does listen too, but he rather watches TV than listen on radio or play CD. I have more collection of CDs and DVDs than him. He told me that he will get me an audio racks to safely protect and display my collection. I still want to use my old racks but I think it will not fit my growing collection of CDs. So hopefully we can get a new one soon so I can organize my stuff again.

My sister is having problem in loosing weight. She asked me to come up a list of best diet pills that is available on the market right now. I can make the list quickly but I’m not sure the reliability or how safe it is to take. She is so desperate that sometimes I want to just move close to her house so I can order here to exercise or I can have buddy to loose weight. I myself need to loose weight too but I’m scared to take pills.

I’m doing great with trading now. I’m more discipline and conservative protecting my wins. :p Unlike before that I trade like I’m using play money. lol I would say I’m more matured and conservative trader now. Have to learn a lesson as the time goes by.. as you loose money. I don’t loose hope, I’m always hopeful. That’s what I am.

I’m exclusively trading the GBP/JPY pairs.. the pips is more but the pairs move like a roller coaster in an hour. So good for short term trader like me.

Last week my sister is hurriedly gone home to be present in a raffle drawing on the mall. She said that it’s a high end jewelry store that is doing an anniversary giveaway. One of the prices for the drawing is a Patek Calatrava watch. That’s the reason why she doesn’t want to miss the drawing. Sadly she didn’t win any prices. We both want to give our husband a Patek Calatrava watch. Maybe someday

Mom has passion of collection shoes. And mostly not just an ordinary shoes but those comfortable shoes, stylish and not a cheap shoes. My mom always asked my sister to get her a Dansko shoes. This is one of the brands she always request to get. I witnessed how reliable and comfortable these shoes are. Maybe next month I will try get her a pair to add on her collection.

This video is really cool! This is about a guy who was interviewed by Howie Mandel, got the free Xbox 360 from Buy.com, and hopefully wins her girlfriend back. He said that her girlfriend hacked her myspace account and found out that he said “hi” to her ex-girlfriend four years ago. Hahahaha Watch this video and let me know what you think. ….is finally here! She brought a lot of filipino food that I truly miss! She also got me thick song book and two current song hits from back home. I asked my sister to get me some of this so I can learn to play my guitar. My mom right away noticed the growing zits on my face. She right away recommended a best acne treatment. Anyway, I have more stories to tell.. but for now I leave it behind as I have too take care other things too.

I will visit my sister this end of the month and I want to bring her a wine rack. I noticed that she doesn’t have enough racks to place their expensive collection of wine. So I’m sure she will like what I will bring her.

This is the one I found that can fit 24 bottles in one block. If she still needs more we can still add more blocks to fit another 24 bottles and arrange it like this way

I often need software for photo editing and new accounting softwares, but it’s always expensive. I wish I can get a budget software specific to things that I need. I always ask my hubby to do that shopping around for me. He knows better than I do when it comes to computer and I rely on him on things that I need to be compatible on my computer system. Well of course except for some accounting software as I know it better than he does.

My quest for diet pill that works still is on! Of course, I’m not considering it to take it while pregnant but just getting ready to start my weight loss goal. I haven’t decided if I really need to take a diet pills to loss weight or just need to be serious in working out. Let see how thing will go once I have the baby. Do you know one that is safe to use?
