My daughter is almost five now and I’m thankful that at her age she doesn’t know to ask about the latest video games. Well, she does but I always tell her to wait until she can read. I often see her wishing to have one but I always say that she does not know how to read yet and most of these games require players that can read. We want one before when my husband and I does not have kids yet. But now that we have other things to take care.. playing video games is the last thing that comes to our mind. Occasionally, I crave to play but I just satisfy myself playing computer games. It will be a big adjustment for me to have the PS3 players. Lianne’s wish might come true next year when she can start to read instructions. ;) 

I’m so in-love with the bags on this Korean Website: http://suanna.co.kr/ I want to get some stuff but I don’t know if they ship in my place.. and even Google translated the website to English, the buttons are not converting to English.  So make a guess.. I don’t know which button to hit to add items on my cart! lol I contacted them to ask if they ship in US, if they accept paypal as payment, and if they have website that is english. lol I will wait for the reply.. at least an english website can be helpful.  I checked at Yahoo Finance to know the exchange rate and the price are pretty reasonable

Now, I realized how I appreciate my Korean friend who moved in east coast last year. The last communication I have is when I gave referral to a long distance moving for easy transport of their household items.  How I wish we still live close so I can easily ask her to interpret some of the language on this Korean website.

If there’s anything I need to buy for my son that is the baby jogger stroller.  My first child really used her stroller until the wheels give up.  So nothing was passed on my second child. And now that I start going back to exercise the baby jogger stroller will help taking care of my fitness while bonding my son. This is the one I like:

That’s how I describe my zits on my lower chin.  I really don’t know why it keeps on coming.  I am using new day moisturizer with SPF 45 and tinted.  I think that is the one causing my breakout.. or it could be also that I ate too much meat lately.  It seems that my regular acne treatment is not working anymore.

One person already asked me if I’m pregnant again.. lol Yes, that was one of my signs when I was pregnant with my second child, the unstoppable acne on my face.  Hope that this will subside soon cause I don’t want to take a vacation wearing a mask. lol I really need to stop eating meat.

They always come to me when they need insurance shopping!

My sister is bragging me about her new bed.  It was a gift for their 10th year wedding anniversary.  She said that the comfort is really incomparable to their previous bed.  I actually look up about other good benefit of having this kind of bed.  They said that sleep number bed can rejuvenate individual while they are sleeping.  Thus, making one feel more rested and less stress.

I’m seriously logging all my food and activity daily.  Some of the food I ate are not exactly the same. I have to look for the closest food to log the calorie.  My initial goal is only 10 lbs, just to go back on my pre-pregnancy weight.  Then I will set another goal.  The website only allows 2 lbs maximum to loose every week and that’s how they set the expected date to hit your goal.

My sister emailed me regarding the property she is considering to buy. They still haven’t decided if they will go on this one this time. She wants a pvc fence installation like the other houses on the neighborhood. I don’t like the area where the house is.. it is known to have a high crime rate. I’m not talking about myself but my computer. I need to back up other files on my computer because my C drive is full and it’s not letting me download files anymore. I have the 2nd EHD my husband got me but I have no time to work on it. I rather browse and look online for things on sale than move my files.

I’m inviting my sister to venture in buy and sell of general merchandise. One of the items I want to do is buying wholesale handbags and then selling it for small profit. Most of the people are into designer bags so buying it in wholesale price can bring good profit in no time. I was thinking selling it in installment. Hope she will agree on my plan. All I need for her to do is make a feasibility study regarding our target consumer. Designer bags like this below can be purchased for less than $100 each.

.. by being persistent, having strong determination, and right attitude.. I know I will get there too This is one the lesson I learned from reading Ed Ponsi book regarding trading.  I know something is wrong with my trading. And I admit my mistakes. His book reveals all wrong strategy that I’m doing.  And while it’s early to fix things, then I have to do it.. I don’t want to be like in  spider traps that no way of getting out.

If there is anything I have that cost a lot that would be my books. I considered them as my highly prized possession. I feel like by reading books you can acquire knowledge that you can apply and that worth more than anything. Sometimes things are not written black and white and it’s up to the person to develop that knowledge priceless.

Just browsing the table of contents seems like a lot of good stuff. I read good reviews of this book from Amazon and it’s up to me now to test if what they are saying are true.

I think I can finish this book in 3 days. I have two other books that I’m waiting to arrive but those are technical books and not intended to read like a pocket book in my opinion. lol But before I go back in bed, I need to look at deals for unlocked phone that my mom can use.

I took a lot of videos of my kids and it’s really refreshing to go  back and watch it again. However, it reminds me that I need to upgrade my video card for more quality viewing.

I have my wedding band and engagement rings in yellow gold. My fascination for white gold and silver is back again, and I wish my engagement ring were in white tone. LOL Who said you couldn’t have more than one engagement rings? I need to convince hubby and ask for the budget so I can get first the white gold band or platinum then another engagement ring in white tone. Hahahah I have good contact for these jewelers.. how? Let’s just say I know someone that works on this industry!

I remember that I want to decorate our apartment but I always consider the fact that we’re just renting and not really a good idea to spend money for something that we don’t own. So, I said that once we get our own house I will make sure that I will get the design and do things that I want.

Guess what? After owning our house for over five years, the things that I like for our house never happened! Hahaha The first reason is housing a toddler, then budget constraints, and now first toddler is big enough not to ruin things, another soon to be toddler is in the house. Ayayaay! When can I have those Sferra linens on our dining table and in our bedroom? It looks like another five years of waiting to get what I want.

I cannot access my bank account because I forgot my log in. How weird is that? I didn’t log for one week and now I don’t know the account number. I am messing the two numbers after the first. So now I’m browsing some travel deals hoping that the two numbers will come to my mind so I can log in.

So why not call the bank and ask? I hate being asked about my details and I feel like it will consume more of my time if I call them. You know I still have to wait for the Representative on the line.
